Teachers' Day celebration

Teachers' Day is celebrated annually on September 5 to mark the birthday of the country's former President, scholar, philosopher and Bharat Ratna Awardee, Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was born on this day in 1888.
Like every year, this year also a programme was organised by the students of both Paramedical and Nursing Department and the programme was hosted by Inamul Haque from BRAI department.
The Function was started by a welcome speech by the host and then function continued.
Followed by Lamp Lighting ceremony by the Director (Admin), Principal (College of Nursing) and HoD’s of all department, the students of both Paramedical and Nursing department felicitated our Honorable Director Sir, Honorable Principal, Vice-Principal and HoD’s of the Paramedical Department including all the faculty members of all the Departments of NEPNI GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS. The students also oganised a cake cutting ceremony as a token of love to all the wonderful teachers all over the world because of their unconditional love and support for the betterment of the student’s future.
After The cake cutting ceremony, our Honorable Director Sir, Principal, Vice-Principal Ma’am, Academic Co-ordinator and HoD’s delivered a heart-touching speech about the well being of the students. In their speech, all the present students became overwhelmed and emotional.
At the end, the entire student promised that every student of the college will be more hardworking and careful towards every decision and wished all our teachers a peaceful working life. We all left the programme with a heavy heart of being loved so much.
It was also celebrated at our School of Nursing campus at Hatigaon with great enthusiasm. The whole program was organized by the students of 1st year GNM. The teachers and students gathered in the 1st year GNM class room in order to celebrate the Teacher’s Day. The classroom was beautifully decorated with ballons, ribbons and banners.
The program started at 10 am with a prayer song and lamp lighting by our respected Principal madam then a valuable speech on Dr. Radhakrishnan was given by the students and the importance of Teacher’s Day was explained by madam Principal. Then cake cutting was done by the teachers and students along with distribution of small gifts as a token of love to the teachers by students.
Students performed cultural activities like solo songs, group dances, solo dance, and musical chair game for the teachers, some funny and exciting tasks for each teacher. All the teachers enjoyed and appreciated the program .Finally refreshment packets were distributed to all the teachers and students. The program came to an end with ramp walk by the teachers and photo session with the students.
