"Dr. Raihana Akhtar, born in 1986 to an oudh perfumery family at Hojai. She has completed her primary and secondary education at her hometown. After completion of her higher secondary in the science stream with a good result, she completed her B.Sc. Nursing from SNDT Women's University, Mumbai in 2010, after that she worked as a Nursing tutor at PEWS Group of Institutions, Guwahati for 1 year. In the year 2012, she has enrolled for her post-graduation and completed the same in obstetrics and gynaecological nursing from the Regional College of Nursing under the Srimanta Sankara Deva University of Health Sciences, in the year 2014. After working with different nursing colleges, she also has completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery in 2023, from Dehradun. She has almost a twelve years of experience. She also have several write ups in different magazines like Gyan Sambhar and newspapers like Assam Tribune. Currently, she is working as an Associate Professor of NEPNI College of Nursing under NEPNI Group of Institutions, Alikash, Hajo, Assam.

Mr. Bikash Thakuria, a resident of Guwahati, Assam, has completed his B.Sc. in Biotechnology from St. Edmund's College, Shillong and M.Sc. in Biotechnology from has completed his internship under Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India for 6 months as a Project trainee and joined as Research Associate in Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility (BIF), in Department of Biotechnology, St. Edmund's College. He had undergone training sessions from ACTREC, Navi Mumbai, and was pursuing his PhD in Medicinal Plants in the Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Science, Assam Down Town University, Assam. He is very passionate about teaching and research, with an experience of almost 12 years, and has published many International Research papers and some book chapters as well. He has attended, participated and also organised many National Level workshops/hands-on training sessions/ seminars. Currently, he is working in the capacity of Principal I/C of NEPNI College of Allied Health Sciences (under NEPNI Group of Institutions).

 Mrs. Borah passed her B.Sc. (Post Basic) from the Regional College of Nursing, Guwahati. She also pursued her M.A. (in Assamese) and B.Ed. from Guwahati University. She worked as a staff nurse at Tezpur district hospital, sister tutor at Barpeta School of Nursing, examination cell in-charge at Assam Nursing Council under Directorate of Health Service, Assam, and Principal Nursing Officer at Mangaldoi ANM School of Nursing.

During her service, she was TOT of ASHA, TOT of NRP from indoor, Trainee of Laparoscopic from Bangalore, lifetime membership of Heart Care Society, Assam.Lifetime member of the Trained Nurses Association of India. President of the Assam branch after retiring from the Government. Service (1975-2017), she worked as a principal at NEPNI School of Nursing, Guwahati. She attended an international workshop during Midwives' Day, Echo session for DNipCare- "Echo sensitization programme for nursing fraternity on 'World Health Day'.

Moreover, she worked as a resource person in various workshop sessions organized by T.N.A.I Assam chapter

A poet by heart and a teacher by right of academia, she exemplifies the perfect harmony between art and science. Her journey in the field of nursing began with the successful completion of her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the prestigious Apollo College of Nursing, Chennai, in the year 2016. Fuelled by a passion to contribute meaningfully to the healthcare profession, she commenced her career as a nursing tutor, dedicating a year to shaping the minds of aspiring nurses with compassion and knowledge.

Determined to deepen her expertise and expand her academic horizon, she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing from the esteemed Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, completing the program in 2020 with a specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing. Since then, she has been steadfastly committed to nurturing the next generation of nursing professionals. With five years of enriching experience in teaching and mentoring, she continues to inspire young minds with her dynamic teaching style, clinical acumen, and poetic sensibility that brings a unique depth to her pedagogical approach.

Her academic foundation, coupled with a heart that resonates with empathy and creativity, makes her not just an educator but a guide and a role model. Her presence in the department of Medical-Surgical Nursing has been a source of motivation, innovation, and unwavering dedication—qualities that truly distinguish her in the field of nursing education.

Mrs Farmin Rahman was born and raised in Titabor, Jorhat, Assam. She completed her studies from primary till 12th Standard from a well-known educational Institution, Pragjyotika English School. She did her B.Sc. Nursing from B.Sc Nursing College, Dibrugarh AMCH, and did her Master’s in Nursing from Regional College of Nursing, GMCH, specializing in Psychiatric Nursing. She pursued her passion for nursing with dedication & perseverance. Professionally, she had the privilege of working in institutions including RTTICS, Kolkata & Christian Missionary Nursing Institute, Jorhat. Her research endeavors have resulted in publications in various national & international journals, showcasing her expertise & contributions in the field of nursing. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor of NEPNI College of Nursing Under NEPNI Group of Institutions, Alikash, Hajo, Assam.

Ms. I. Ezabel Lyngdoh is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at NEPNI Group of Institutions, Alikash, Singimari, a position she has held since December 2019. She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing from the Army Institute of Nursing, Guwahati (2019), and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Assam Down town University, Guwahati (2015). In her role as an academician, she delivers lectures and provides hands-on clinical training to B.Sc Nursing and GNM students. She actively guides student research projects, ensures alignment with the Indian Nursing Council (INC) curriculum, and organizes academic activities including seminars, workshops, audits, and evaluations. Her dedication has significantly contributed to improved student outcomes and strengthened departmental standards. Before her academic career, Ms. Lyngdoh worked as a Staff Nurse at GNRC Hospital, Guwahati, from November 2015 to April 2017, where she specialized in surgical nursing, particularly in operating theatre procedures and pre- and post-operative patient care. She is a registered nurse under the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.

Mrs. Farhin Islam completed her B. Sc. Nursing from B. Sc. Nursing College Silchar, Silchar. She pursued her M. Sc. Nursing (in Child Health Nursing) from CPMS College of Nursing, Amgaon, Bonda, Guwahati. She worked as a Cath lab scrub nurse (Staff Nurse) in Narayana Hospital, Amingaon, Guwahati, and also worked as a Clinical Instructor (MSc. Tutor) in Arya Nursing College, Changsari, Guwahati. She has also completed a certified course of Food and Nutrition (CFN) from IGNOU. She is a lifetime member of the Trained Nurses Association of India. She has attended an international workshop organised by the Trained Nurses Association of India, Assam State Chapter in association with DNip Care & ECHO India on “PALLIATIVE CARE: AN UPDATE,” a Sensitization Programme for Nursing Fraternity on the occasion of World Health Day. Moreover, she has attended many other such workshops, webinars, and has also published her research studies in many renowned national and international journals like IJCAR, IJSR, AJNER, etc.

Bidisha Hazarika is an Assistant Professor at NEPNI School and College of Nursing, Alikash, under the esteemed NEPNI Group of Institutions. She completed her schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Sonitpur, Assam, earning her Class 10th and 12th certificates. With a strong academic foundation, she pursued higher education, completing B.Sc Nursing from BSc Nursing College, Dibrugarh in 2016. She then gained valuable experience working at RTIICS, Kolkata, and various government schools in Assam under the Downtown Charity Trust, before joining NEPNI School of Nursing. She further specialized in Obstetric and Gynaecological Nursing with an M.Sc Nursing degree from the Army Institute of Nursing, Guwahati in 2021. She has published research papers in reputable journals and attended different state and national conferences. As a lifelong learner, she is a committed member of the Trained Nurses' Association of India (TNAI).

Ms.Moonmoon Patro, Senior Nursing Tutor, NEPNI College of Nursing, has passed her B.Sc.Nursing from CPMS College of Nursing, Guwahati (Assam) in 2018. She worked as a Tutor in the Health Nursing School, Singrijan Dimapur (Nagaland) for 3 years, currently working as a Senior Nursing Tutor in NEPNI College of Nursing. She has organized State state-level Conference on the theme: "Qualitative Research in Nursing: Advancing in Humanistic Imperative" at CPMS College of Nursing in 2018. During her service, she has organized workshops on "Innovative Teaching Strategies in Nursing Education" at NEPNI CON in 2022. 2)"Infertility: A New Hurdle to Parenthood"  at NEPNI CON 2025. She has also published a Research study in 2025 on the Topic: " Assess the knowledge regarding worm infestation among mothers of under-five children in selected areas of Hajo Block, Kamrup (R), Assam". Moreover, she has attended various workshops organized by the Nursing Colleges in Assam.

I've passed by Bachelor's in Nursing from NEIGRIHMS and my Masters from NIMHANS.Currently working as a Lecturer in NEPNI College of Nursing as a dedicated and enthusiastic Mental Health professional. I would like to indulge myself in Forensic Psychiatry.

Currently working as a Lecturer in the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing in NEPNI College of Nursing since 2023. I did my B.Sc. Nursing from Hayat Institute of Nursing Education, 9th Mile, Guwahati, Assam, and M.Sc.Nursing in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing from Sikkim Manipal College of Nursing, 5th Mile, Gangtok, Sikkim. Previously, just after graduation, I worked in Ayursundra Superspecialty Hospital (Intensive Care Unit) for one year.

I have been working as a lecturer at NEPNI College of Nursing since 2023. I have passed M.Sc. Nursing (Community health nursing) from the Army Institute of Nursing, Guwahati, in the year 2022. Previously, just after completing my graduation, I worked as a staff nurse in Apollo Hospital, Guwahati.

I'm Ishita Das, currently working in the NEPNI group of institutions as a Nursing tutor. I have completed my B.Sc Nursing from Royal Global University. I have 1 year of clinical experience from Tata Medical Center, Newtown, Kolkata. 
 

I am Saifur Rahman, currently working in the NEPNI Group of institutions as a nursing tutor. I have completed my B.Sc from Hayat institution of Nursing education. I have 8 months of work experience as a Nursing officer in Hayat Superspeciality Hospital.

She passed her B.Sc. Nursing from the Asian Institute of Nursing Education, Guwahati. After her B.Sc., she worked as a staff nurse at Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, and a Community Health officer at Kawaimari Health and Wellness Center, Darrang. She is a lifetime member of the Registered Nurses Association of India. She also passed her  M.Sc. Nursing in Medical-Surgical Nursing ( CTVS) from the Asian Institute of Nursing Education.  During her M.Sc, she has organized the 4th NATIONAL CONFERENCE on "ELEVATING EXCELLENCE IN NURSING PROFESSION: Harnessing Quality Models For Transformational Improvement". She has published her research paper on "Effectiveness of Structured Teaching Programme on Knowledge and Attitude regarding Sexually Transmitted Diseases among Undergraduate students in selected colleges, Kamrup(M), Assam: A Quasi Experimental Study”. Now she is working in the NEPNI Group of Institutes as a tutor.

Geetashree Devi is a dedicated Nursing Tutor who completed her B.Sc. Nursing from CPMS College of Nursing under Srimanta Sankardeva University of Health Sciences. She brings nearly 2.8 years of teaching experience and 2 years of service as a Community Health Officer under the National Health Mission, Assam. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Environmental and Occupational Health from Indira Gandhi National Open University, reflecting her commitment to both clinical excellence and public health.

Ms. Das has passed her B.Sc Nursing and M.Sc Nursing (Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing) from the Asian Institute of Nursing, North Guwahati. She worked as a staff nurse at GNRC, North Guwahati, for 1 year and at Central Hospital NFR for 2 years. She also worked as a tutor at NEMCARE Institute of Nursing, Mirza, for 6 months. She has organised the 4th NATIONAL CONFERENCE on “ELEVATING EXCELLENCE IN NURSING PROFESSION: Harnessing Quality Models For Transformational Improvement”. She has published her research paper on "Effect of sitz bath versus ice pack application on reduction of episiotomy pain among postnatal mothers admitted at selected hospitals of Goalpara, Assam- Comparative Interventional study." Currently, she is working as a tutor in the NEPNI Group of Institutes.

Miss Munu Boruah has passed her BSc Nursing from Apollo College of Nursing, Guwahati on 2022. She is an active member of ANEI (Association of Nurse Executives India). She has undergone training and is one of the certified trainer for the successful World Record Attempt, Einstein World Record for which she conducted sessions with the participants on 10th, 11th and 12th April, 2025. A dynamic nursing instructor with a proven track record at NEPEDS group of institution, Guwahati for 1 year and 2 months, excelling in monitoring proficiency, managing simulation equipment and facilitated cutting- edge healthcare seminars. Currently, she is working as a nursing Tutor at NEPNI group of institution, Alikash, Hajo, Assam.

She has passed her B.Sc. nursing from Dispur Nursing Institute in the year 2022. She has experience working in the ICU at Nemcare Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. She has attended many workshops and trained in ACLS and BLS, along with burn care training. Currently, she is working as a Tutor at NEPNI College of Nursing.
