THEME FOR 2023: “BEAT PLASTIC POLLUTION”
In the universe are billions of galaxies,
In our galaxy are billions of planets,
But there is Only One Earth.
So why not to make our earth a better place for tomorrow?
With that theme, we at NEPNI Group of Institutions, Alikash, on 5th June 2023, took an initiative of planting trees inside the campus. In that plantation programme, Administrative Officer Mrs. Rashida Begum, HR head Mr. Nagen Rajak, Academic Coordinator Mr. Bikash Thakuria and HoD’s of all Department along with Faculty members took keen interest in guiding the students for the programme. Students from both Nursing and Paramedical Department came up with their creativity through various types of poster presentation related to environment. The trees were not just planted but arrangements were made to protect those from grazing animals. It was indeed a small step to solve larger issues that our mother earth is suffering.
