International Women's Day

On 8th March 2016, NEPNI School of Nursing celebrated International Women's Day to highlight the achievements of women of past and present. It is an occasion to inspire commitment to the future challenges that women face in making further progress. Social activist cum engineer Mrs. Maya Chandranathan attended the function as the Chief Guest, along with Mrs.Tarulata Kakati Majhi, Registrar of Assam Nurses Midwives & Health Visitors Council, as the Guest of Honour. Trustee Member  Mrs. khursida Begum also attended the function as a special invitee. All the guests inspired women in their individual speeches and encouraged women to be more powerful, decent and honest in their deeds.Students of NEPNI actively participated in cultural programme dedicated to women.
