EVENT: - WORLD AIDS DAY

THEME: - “Know your status.”

Date: - 1st December 2018

World AIDS Day is held on 1st December each year and is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, show their support for people living with HIV and to commemorate people who have died.

We the faculty members and students of NEPNI school of Nursing celebrated World AIDS Day, where Principal of ANM and GNM were also present during the programme.

First of all, the programme started  with felicitation of our respected madam Mrs. Bina Borah, Principal of GNM,NEPNI School of Nursing and inaugurate the program. Then rally was organized by NEPNI School Of Nursing, aims to raise awareness on HIV AIDS among the general population. The rally started at 10.00AM  from the premise of our Institute via  Hatigaon Chariali towards Bhetapara Chariali,Ghoromara Chariali and returning back to Institute.Along with the rally, a street play was also showcased on Awareness of HIV AIDS by the students of 1ST year GNM students.  .

Later the program was held at NEPNI School of Nursing auditorium. Our respected Sir Mr. Babul Ali, Executive President was present at the program. He was felicitated by our respected madam Mrs. Bina Borah, Principal of GNM. Theme of this year was unfolded by our respected madam Mrs. Raihana Akhter, Tutor of NEPNI School of Nursing. The program ended at 1:30PM.

  All the staff members and students actively participated in the programme.
