EVENT: - WORLD AIDS DAY

THEME: - “Increasing Impact through Transparency, Accountability and Partnerships.”

Date: - 1st December 2017

World AIDS Day  is held on 1st December each year and is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, show their support for people living with HIV and to commemorate people who have died.

We the faculty and students of NEPNI school of Nursing celebrated World AIDS Day on 1st December 2017 where Mrs. Khursida Begum,  Trustee member, Mr. Haloi, School advisor and Principal of ANM and GNM were also present during the  programme.

First of all, the programme started of with a rally organized by NEPNI School Of Nursing. The rally was organized to raise awareness on HIV AIDS among the general population. The rally started at 11am  from NEPNI School of Nursing till Sijubari Chariali. Along with the rally a street play was also showcased on Prevention of HIV AIDS by the students of 3rd year GNM students. 

A rally was organized by MMCH on World AIDS Day where students of GNM 3rd year have participated in it. The rally stared from DME Office till Kalakshetra.

All the staff member and students actively participated in the programme.
